The deadline approaches!

The deadline for most assignments and pinch hits is June 10 at 10 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. Here's a countdown.

If you need an extension, please email prisonerex.mod@gmail.com with:

- Your AO3 handle
- Your recipient's AO3 handle
- Your desired due date, up to June 15

There's no need to explain or justify wanting the extension.

If you don't think you will be able to complete your assignment by the deadline, please either request an extension or go to your My Assignments page (linked from the "Hi, [your username]!" menu on the upper-right of any AO3 page) and click the default button next to your assignment. Please don't email us to default unless you have lost all access to AO3, and if this happens, please make sure you're emailing us from the address attached to your AO3 account. We would greatly prefer for you to click the default button so we don't risk defaulting the wrong person.

There is no penalty for defaulting before the deadline. If you are a no-show at the deadline (submitting no work or an incomplete or too-short work), you will not be permitted to sign up for next year's exchange.
